Return Policy

At Nguni Cow Hide Company, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items, as well as sale items, are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at craig@ngunicowskins.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product is faulty.

3. Processing Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. You may select a replacement product of the same value, subject to availability.
Any price difference for a higher value exchange must be paid before the new product is shipped.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately by emailing craig@ngunicowskins.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.
